A lost Buoy

It was an enjoyable hike out to this beautiful beach. I kept the focal point low for this image, the buoy is the initial point of interest and then the stream leads the eye out to the unique and lovely rock formations.

love the float and rope as an anchor point for the viewer to start the journey up the curved creek/ there is something cut off along the left edge, and I am trying to figure out whether it is a sunbather. But whatever it is, it drags the eye away from that wonderful flow to the sea.

@Harry: Hi Harry. The beach was empty that day but you can see foot tracks where someone had been there that morning. On January 18 I refer to trees being uprooted and ending up on the beaches of the Pacific coast, you can see drift wood logs in the background of this photo. What you were seeing is a limb from a tree, they are every where. Interesting your perspective as a viewer, I'll have to consider that in future images.
